Termites work together and this is a fact that makes them hard to be underestimated. They can have very significant effects wherever they are in huge amounts. Teamwork Will Take You Further.

Termites are remarkable creatures, they build mounds that are very high and temperature controlled. Termites are individually powerless but they heap their efforts together for them to accomplish making the big anthills. Termites constantly adapt to the environment and constantly keep adjusting vents to maintain the temperature. The teamwork they have is very useful and it is what makes them achieve very good results. Imagine if people could build units that operated like that, whenever there is a problem, people should work together to fix it. Keeping to yourself and everyone competing against each other limits how far you can go. If people can put their minds together and use their different unique ideas to better the situation, there is a possibility of achieving extremely big things.

In life, you could be a married couple that does not include each other in projects you do, each one does their own thing, and does their own business and you hardly commit to doing anything together. How far can this family go? You bet they could have gone further if they agreed to work together. Learn to know how to relate with other people and how to allow them to give ideas that you can work on together without feeling intimidated. Togetherness and teamwork will take you further even when you do not have enough resources, than the people who have resources and work individually.

What Is Your Role?

Within each termite mound, each termite has a role to play depending on its position. Termites choose to have distinct roles so that the colony continues thriving. There are termite workers, which take care of the queen and eggs, repairing tunnels and nests, and grooming members of the colony. There are reproductive termites that have a vital role in ensuring a colony survives where they mate and lay eggs to reproduce worker and soldier termites. Each termite works for the growth of the colony and can go-ahead to build new colonies once one is established. This is a challenging lesson, that termites have roles to play. How many times do you prefer to be in the shadows and let someone else do something instead? Most people avoid taking any responsibility and would rather just sit back and wait for someone else to take the lead.

Your angel knows that this is a big limitation to human beings and has allowed people who do crime and corruption to be on the loose because no one is taking upon themselves the responsibility to be accountable for each other. Today, you could be complaining about how everything is wrong with the government, how there are no jobs, how everything works against you and you allow this to be what justifies you doing nothing gainful in your life. What is your responsibility, everyone aside? How have you worked differently to thrive in such an environment? If you do not have something that stands out, that shows at least you tried, then you are also part of the bigger problem. Learn to do your duty, take your role before you can point your fingers at anyone else.

Choose To Be Action-Oriented.

Termites are action-oriented and rather than having debates, the action becomes the way to accrue information. Without needing to have meaningless arguments as human beings do. An example is when looking for food termites you can leave a pheromone trail that termites can follow by smell. As each termite moves up the trail, the scent becomes concentrated along that path and the rest of the termites will be able to judge that as a safe, predator-free path. This is such a genius move you can adopt.

Most times, people spend their time talking about things that they never act on. Have you met someone who gives you a big vision of the projects they want to do, and even brags about it? Then years later, they have never started and they are still stagnant in the same position, now blaming everything else other than themselves. You do not have to speak about it, just become it, everyone else will see it. You might have spoken of that business idea too long, that now people take you as a joke because all you do is talk. Push yourself to act, get out of your safe space and challenge yourself. The universe has enough resources for everyone; you just have to be ambitious enough to get what is yours. 

Get Your Focus And Courage Right.

Termites are courageous and focused insects, which is why they tend to bite you when you interfere with their mission. Termites cannot tolerate this and will result in any defense measure they can take. They are very courageous and confident enough to put up a fight against humans and anyone else trying to interfere or mess up their affairs. It never mattered that the humans they are biting can instantly kill them instantly.

Being focused and courageous is the only thing that can keep you thriving long enough. How many times have you cowered and let people have their own way with you? How many times have you not put up a fight even when you know you are being treated unfairly? Gather your strength and learn to fight for what is rightfully yours. Refuse to be intimidated by a fellow human being. Your angel knows you can never achieve anything by being cowardly. Affirm and tell yourself that you can, Sometimes you can meet people who are trying to bully and intimidate you, choose to never again go lower than you should. You are strong as anyone else is. The power starts in your mind, cultivate it.
